YOGA @ SCHOOL & KINDY
A most Ancient Education
Sahaja has taught yoga courses at over 30 primary/secondary schools and early learning centers over the past 12 years. She has also taught art and yoga adventures in numerous council school holiday programs. The classes have been received with great enthusiasm by both students and teachers alike.

Class Focus: Kids Yoga Classes are taught with imagination and fun, encouraging both joy in movement and stillness. They are pitched with age appropriate instruction and topics. Values of self worth, postural awareness, kindness to oneself and others is also taught.
Ultimately the classes act as a excellent way for children to unwind, de-stress
and get grounded in their day to day activities.
